The first report occurred on December 20, 2019 in Phillips County, Colorado. Police issued an alert to local residents: “We are aware of and have been investigating the multiple reports of drone sightings in the county over the last week. Deputies were out all night this evening along with Yuma County SO tracking these drones. Tonight, we tracked over 16 drones between the two counties... The Sheriff's Office is following up on leads and communications with state and federal agencies

Collection of historic vintage UFO photos (before we had Photoshop)

During the Golden Age of UFO sightings, the time between 1940 and 1970, thousands of UFO reports were submitted to officials, many of which were held for decades before being released to the public.  Included in these reports are many notable photographs purported to depict UFO's, or flying saucers as they were known at the time.  Below is a collection of the most popular historic UFO photographs from as early as 1870. UFO over Bulawayo, Southern Rhodesia. December 29, 1953     This is widely believed to be a photo of the infamous UFO over Westall Scondary College in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, witnessed by more than 200 students and teachers as it descended into an open, grassy field. The only official explanation to date is "experimental craft". 1966   UFO in

FAA warns of unusual GPS interference this month from Top Secret China Lake weapons tests

Something unusual, and highly secretive, is going on in the Mojave Desert this month that has the capacity to wipe out aircraft GPS systems in an area covering nearly a dozen states. This week the FAA warned pilots that military tests were occurring this month at the Naval Air Weapons Center that could cause interference with GPS systems. They didn’t go into details of course, but whatever is being tested is huge. They noted that the tests, which are centered in Nevada’s 1.1-million-acre China Lake installation, could affect GPS systems in ten different states including Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Sonora (Mexico). The warning was issued on June 4, only three days before the first test was conducted. Specifically mentioned

Loveland Sniper – Coloradans on edge after learning there’s a serial killer loose in Colorado

Police now believe several unsolved Colorado shootings are related and that a single serial killer is on the loose and beginning to gain steam. In April, 20-year-old Cori Romero was shot through her neck while driving onto an I-25 entrance ramp near Fort Collins, Colorado. Romero survived the attack and told police that she was taking the onramp on April 22 when a dark-colored SUV pulled beside her vehicle. She said the car window shattered and she called 911, not realizing that she had been shot. One month later, on May 18, 48-year-old John Jacoby was found lying near his bicycle on Country Road 15 in Windsor. He had been killed by two bullets – and only five miles from the spot where Romero was killed. The

Forrest Fenn hidden treasure – millionaire hides chest of gold and jewels and encourages public to head outdoors to find it

In 2009 (or 2010), a New Mexico millionaire (and modern-day Indiana Jones) gave the world a fascinating puzzle when he hid a treasure estimated to be worth between $1-5 million dollars and provided a cryptic poem full of clues hinting at its location. Tens of thousands have trekked through Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming in search of Forrest Fenn’s hidden treasure.  To date, the location of the treasure remains a mystery, despite a plethora of clues pointing to its location. About Forrest Fenn Forrest Fenn, millionaire writer, art dealer, and artifact collector, says he hid his treasure to get people off of their couches and into the wilderness. To say Forrest Fenn himself is a modern-day Indiana Jones would be an understatement. Fenn flew more than 300 missions in Vietnam and

Jade Helm 15 military operation – the scary truth behind America’s largest-ever military exercise on civilian soil

The rumors began on March 13, 2015 when U.S. citizens first learned about the shadowy military operation known as Jade Helm (or Jade Helm 15). The size and scope of Jade Helm (the operation will be conducted over seven different states throughout the Southwest) sets the exercise apart from any other military exercise in history - never before has a drill of this scope and magnitude taken place on US sovereign soil. The official Special Operations Command stance is that the civilian operation locations were chosen because the terrain is “similar to conditions special operations forces operate in overseas”. Detractors however, find federal military personnel operating covertly in American cities throughout the southwest USA alarming and cite plenty of reasons to suspect there is more

Pregnant woman responding to Craigslist ad is beaten, stabbed, has fetus cut from her body

A 26-year-old pregnant woman, Michelle Wilkins, from Longmont, Colorado has survived a horrifying encounter with Craigslister Dynel Lane, a 34-year-old woman who takes what she wants – no matter what the cost. Wilkins responded to Lane’s newborn baby clothes listing on Craigslist on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She sent Lane a text message and then drove to her home to purchase the clothing. Shortly after arriving at the home, she was attacked by Lane, beaten and stabbed. Then the attacker did something unimaginable – she “removed” the fetus from her victim’s body. Wilkins was left on the floor, wounded and bleeding profusely, while Lane took the fetus upstairs and placed it in a bathtub. At this time, Lane’s husband, 35-year-old David Ridley, returned home early from

Colorado man trapped inside Marshalls store walls for up to three days

Employees at a Marshalls department store in Longmont, Colorado began hearing the distant sound of a screaming man on the morning of November 10, 2014 but after searching throughout the store, were unable to locate the source of the mysterious sound. The next day, the faint sound of a yelling man returned. Once again, employees traversed the corner of the store where the cries appeared to be coming from but as before, could not determine the cause of the mysterious noise. Out of concern, they called police. Police and firefighters arrived at the store and also thought they heard the sound of a shouting man. After about a half-hour of searching, they found that the noise was coming from *inside* the walls of the building. Firefighters broke

Mass sighing of three UFOs over Breckenridge Colorado – balloons and drones ruled out

In my initial analysis of this event, I felt the objects sighted were balloons but the investigation of “three shiny objects” sighted on Friday, October 3, 2014 in the skies over Breckenridge, Colorado continues. The three UFOs, witnessed (and photographed) by hundreds of people in the area, is an interesting sighting because of the movement, or lack thereof, of the three objects. Reports indicate the objects would remain stationary for as long as 15 minutes at times, before moving to form triangles or straight lines across the sky. Breckenridge police, Summit County Sheriff’s Office, and NORAD have opened investigations into the sightings and Colorado’s 9NEWS caught the event on tape. According to 9NEWS reporter Matt Renoux: “They would just sit there for five or six minutes… ten

Wave of unusual deaths leaves many wondering – “Who’s killing our bankers?”

More than a half-dozen dead in less than two weeks.  Police classified the deaths as suicides even though the causes of death remain vague and in some cases undetermined.  The dead died violently but none died via self-inflicted gunshots, the method preferred by nearly 90% of all male suicide victims.  And all were prominent financial executives - some working for companies with reported ties to governmental intelligence gathering organizations; others working for institutions that many believe are a part of a vast financial criminal conspiracy. It began in early January when rumors spread that a Swiss Reinsurance Company director had died under unusual circumstances.  Nothing regarding the death was released to the public and the company remained mum.  Then on January 11, Wall Street Journal investigative reporter

Colorado Bigfoot – hundreds of sasquatch sightings draw attention to elusive creature hiding in Colorado’s remote mountains

Encompassing most of the Southern Rocky Mountains as well as the northeastern portion of the Colorado Plateau and the western edge of the Great Plains, Colorado's remote wilderness areas remain largely uninhabited - except for the scattering of hikers and backpackers who traverse the area, exploring the beauty of Colorado's immense natural environment.  The area is a perfect habitat for Bigfoot and in fact, during the past 50 years, there have been hundreds of documented Bigfoot sightings in the wilderness areas of Colorado, some of which provide us with the best proof to date for the existence of sasquatch. The Jim Holder Bigfoot sighting (Estes Park, Colorado, 2007) Widely considered to be one of the top Bigfoot sightings of all time, in 2007, Jim Holder and his

Mike the Headless Chicken – famously tough chicken lives over a year with no head

It will forever be known as one of the luckiest breaks in poultry history – the day a propitious hatchet job left “Miracle Mike” (aka Mike the Headless Chicken) in a one-in-a-million state that allowed him to live for over a year without a head.  The unusual event started routinely enough.  On September 10, 1945, Mrs. Clara Olsen of Fruita, Colorado, sent her husband Lloyd Olsen to the chicken pen on a routine mission to bring back a chicken for the evening’s meal.  Clara’s mother was coming over for dinner and Lloyd wanted to make the evening special for his mother-in-law.  And what a memorial evening it turned out to be… Mike the Headless Chicken is created Lloyd chose a five-and-a-half-month-old plump Wyandotte cockerel as his prey.

The mysterious New Mexico “brilliant flash of light” event (August 15, 1999)

At 11: 18 PM on August 15, 1999, the residents of the southwestern United States experienced an intense, unimaginable bright flash of light which lit the area brighter than daylight for 2-3 seconds.  At the same time, people from all across  the  western  U.  S.  began calling the UFO hotlines reporting their sightings of an unidentified object travelling overhead.  Most reported a hovering ball of light. Calls came in from  New  Mexico,  Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Texas and Mexico.  21 minutes later, a second (less bright) flash occurred. According to the MUFON journal from that month: “What makes this first flash so interesting, and a fact which seems to rule out any type of meteoric event, is that a second, and similar, flash occurred, approximately
