U.S. Air Force destroys $115 million airplane – by accidentally flying it upside down

The incident occurred on April 21, 2015 while the United States Air Force was conducting a test flight over the Gulf of Mexico in a mammoth $115-million-dollar AC-130J Ghostrider gunship. The pilot attempted a maneuver called a “sideslip” which calls for applying opposite rudder while tilting the airplane right or left in order to lower a wing. The movement, which is often employed when planes are landing in a crosswind, is used to quickly reduce altitude. In this instance, the pilot tilted the aircraft too far and the huge plane inverted - and began flying upside down. The plane was flying at 15,000 feet when the mishap occurred causing the plane to lose 5,000 feet of altitude before recovering at a dangerously-low 10,000 feet. According to the Air

Last Area 51/Groom Lake border family offered over $5 million to vacate their mine – they refuse

Air Force pressure to take over Sheahan family’s Groom Lake Mine The Sheahan family has owned and worked land that borders Area 51’s Groom Lake for over 130 years. During that time, the family has literally lived with America’s closely guarded secrets in their backyard while they operated their family-owned lead, copper, zinc, gold and silver mine - the Groom Lake Mine. Of course, the U.S. government has not been pleased with their presence so near the top-secret facility. Since Area 51 (officially the Nevada Test and Training Range) opened over 60 years ago, the government has pressured the family to leave the land. Now the family is speaking out, insisting the the land surrounding the mine is theirs to keep. Joe Sheahan, Groom Mine co-owner, told

New Rendlesham Forest UFO evidence – former US Army Commander confirms radar tracked unknown object in the area

On two nights in late-December 1980, bizarre lights and mysterious flying objects were witnessed by dozens of military personnel in Rendlesham Forest, just outside the Bentwaters airbase in Suffolk. Dubbed "Britain’s Roswell", the Rendlesham Forest UFO event is one of the most well-documented and widely-witnessed UFO sightings in modern times. It is also one of the most government-suppressed UFO reports in history. Now a witness to the event, Col Charles Halt, claims he has new evidence in hand supporting military personnel’s claim of the unusual objects they witnessed in Rendlesham Forest. Summary of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident Three US military officers (John Burroughs, Bud Steffens, and James Penniston) based at RAF Bentwaters (an airbase used by the US Air Force during the Cold War) claimed a

US Air Force planes caught on video escorting triangular UFO above New Jersey

An interesting video has emerged of two airplanes, potentially United States Air Force DC-10’s, escorting (or refueling) a triangular-shaped aircraft. According to LookNowTV, the video was recorded from the high floors of a luxury condominium on the New Jersey shore. “The person recording the tape added that the UFO and planes were moving really fast, and that's why they were not able to keep them in focus for a long period of time.” Check out clips from the video below (we've edited out blurry segments and increased the zoom). The Maury Island incident – Crisman and Dahl sighting of six UFOs over Maury Island sparks conspiracy and coverup

When it comes to early historical UFO accounts, we often recall the Roswell crash or the Kenneth Arnold sighting, both of which occurred in 1947. Seldom is the 1947 Maury Island incident remembered nor mentioned in publications, and for good reason - many UFO investigators believe the Maury Island incident was a hoax.  Others however, believe the case bore the classic earmarks of an intelligence cover-up operation. Regardless of whether or not Harold Dahl and Fred Crisman spotted six UFOs flying above Maury Island in June of 1947, the Maury Island case incorporates several unusually bizarre, but historically proven facts, including the first reported case of government-sponsored “men in black”, two suspicious crashes of airplanes transporting case evidence back to their home  base, several shadowy
