FAA warns of unusual GPS interference this month from Top Secret China Lake weapons tests

Something unusual, and highly secretive, is going on in the Mojave Desert this month that has the capacity to wipe out aircraft GPS systems in an area covering nearly a dozen states. This week the FAA warned pilots that military tests were occurring this month at the Naval Air Weapons Center that could cause interference with GPS systems. They didn’t go into details of course, but whatever is being tested is huge. They noted that the tests, which are centered in Nevada’s 1.1-million-acre China Lake installation, could affect GPS systems in ten different states including Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Sonora (Mexico). The warning was issued on June 4, only three days before the first test was conducted. Specifically mentioned

Deformed mountain lion with fully-formed teeth and whiskers growing out back of head discovered in Idaho

A hunter in Idaho has stumbled across a dreadful biological mystery – a mountain lion with a second set of fully-formed teeth and whiskers growing out the back of its head. Wildlife officials say they have never seen a deformity like this. Idaho Fish and Game officials say the mountain lion was involved in an attack on a dog near Preston, Idaho (near the Utah border). It was killed by the hunter. Scientists are unsure if the monstrous growth is remnant of a conjoined twin that died in the womb or a teratoma tumor, rare growths that have been known to grow teeth and hair. Check out more pictures of the deformed mountain line in the pictorial gallery below.

Was a Pterosaur filmed flying over Boise, Idaho? Prehistoric pterodactyl captured on amateur video.

This is one of those “not sure if it’s real but I sure *hope* it is” videos. Shot by an “amateur filmmaker”, the video shows a purported prehistoric Pterosaur (Pterodactyl maybe?) flying over the skies of Boise, Idaho. In the bizarre footage below, a huge bird-like creature flies across the sky and even moves its head glancing toward (looking for prey maybe?). The huge wingspan is notable as is its distinct backward-pointing crest. Zooms of the footage don’t reduce detail and in fact, show clearly defined claws attached to the wings as well as bone-structure within the wing area.  If a hoax, this hints at a model and not necessarily CGI.  Then again, maybe they've finally returned! The Pterosaurs were flying reptiles (technically not dinosaurs) that existed

Lewis-Clark Valley Serial Killer – 35 years later, frustrated police believe they know who killer is but lack evidence to make arrest

Life in the Lewis-Clark Valley grows complicated after a serial killer strikes their quiet rural communities Life in rural America is supposed to be relaxing, simple, and even mundane. But for three years in the late 70’s, life in communities in and around the Lewis-Clark Valley was anything but ordinary. Parents shuffled their youth to school in groups and children were told to never be alone outside after dark. During those three years, five youth had disappeared. When human body parts were found wrapped in black garbage bags, floating in the nearby Snake River, police knew they had a serial killer running rampant in their community. In fact, they were even certain they knew who the killer was. Regardless, lack of evidence and one critical missing
